What a pilot looks like
One job, eight weeks.
- Before day 1
A setup call: your company, first job and shifts set up, the kiosk or QR poster printed, and your crew invited with a join code.
- Day 1
Your crew clock in on site. The live board shows who’s on site, late or missing.
- End of week 1
Workers submit their first timesheets, you approve them, and the first Monday email arrives with the approved hours.
- Week 4
A month of approved hours, and any mobilisations run through Vercru. If your subcontractors send invoices, they’re checked against those hours.
- Week 8
We review it together: what matched, what didn’t, and whether you carry on.
What we need from you: one live job, the crew list and one admin.
